- On-site service:
We will carry out regular customer maintenance, mainly understand the operation of customer system and equipment, solve customer use and operation problems, carry out system health checks, collect system performance information and so on. When customer software fails and must be on-site service, the common test engineer will arrive at the customer site within the specified time, and mobilize resources from all parties to solve the problem as soon as possible.
- Remote support:
Use telephone, fax, message and email to solve the problems encountered by customers in the use and maintenance process. Instruct customers to contact other suppliers to solve problems within the scope of non-test responsibility.
- Document Recording:
We will establish a complete documentation of the hardware and software configuration and important parameter settings of the host system for our customers. Documents in written form are provided after each periodic inspection or on-site service. We will provide necessary preventive measures and suggestions to our customers in written form. We will assist our customers in formulating daily operating manuals and emergency plans.
